All orders are shipped from NEW JERSEY - UNITED STATES.

Most orders are shipped within 3-5 business days via USPS.

Multiple item orders (bridal party orders with multiple items and custom designs) may take 1-2 weeks to be shipped.

Sometimes the process of making some items may take longer depending on supplies availability and the design ordered. In such rare cases, we always keep the buyers informed about any unforeseen delays.

**If you want an item by a specific date, please contact us before placing the order so we can do a rush order for you.**

*US ORDERS: All orders are shipped via USPS first class mail service with tracking number. It normally takes 4-7 business days for an order to be delivered within United States. I can always upgrade shipping or add features (Insurance, Priority Mail etc. ) for you, upon request and applicable extra cost.

*International Shipping outside US: The least expensive option for shipping International orders is USPS (United States Postal Services) First Class International Mail Service. It does NOT include insurance. International clients should allow at least 14 - 25 business days for shipping time. Please understand that factors like customs, weather, flight etc. may sometimes affect the actual delivery time

* Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included on the item's price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges.
